Put fresh asparagus, salt, pepper, a pinch of Provence herbs, a bit of olive oil in a plastic bag.

The cooking temperature is 85 C. Time – 10 minutes.

The scent is marvelous. The color and structure are preserved. It is crunchy a bit but still tender.
