I continue experimenting with the use of Tescoma ham maker. Today the choice is given to fish.
Salmon – 400 gr
White fish (mine is cod) – 400 gr
Prawns – 200 gr
Onion – 1 unit
Salt/pepper/garlic/dill

The onion was fried and mixed with other ingredients. After that the mixture was put into the fridge for 24 hours to soak.
I cooked the mixture in water bath under 60 C during 1 hour and 20 minutes. Later it was cooled down.
I purposely decided not to add any cohesive ingredients, like egg or gelatin, to keep the purity of fish taste.
Surprisingly, the meal was not broken and it preserved its rich taste and flavor.
